You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission.
You retain ownership of all recipes and content you create in CookBank. By publishing a recipe, you grant other CookBank users permission to view, save, and cook from your recipe. You can unpublish at any time.
You must not publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringes on others' intellectual property.
CookBank treats your recipe data as sacred. We will never modify your recipes without your explicit action. Private recipes are only visible to you. Published recipes are visible to all CookBank users.
When you scan a recipe via camera, URL, or document, the content is sent to AI services for processing. We use Google Gemini and OpenAI to extract and structure recipe data. AI may occasionally make errors, so always review extracted recipes for accuracy.
CookBank offers free and paid tiers. Free users have limited AI-powered features. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
CookBank's design, code, and brand are owned by Redcrumb Pte Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the CookBank application.
Recipes are factual works. Sharing a recipe does not transfer copyright of the original source material. If you believe your copyrighted content has been used without permission, contact us.
CookBank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss, food safety issues, or allergic reactions from AI-suggested substitutions.
Always use your own judgment when cooking. AI-generated recipe data, nutritional information, and ingredient substitutions are approximations and should not be relied upon for medical or dietary decisions.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CookBank after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
