How do I scan a recipe?

Tap the scan button on the home screen, then choose a photo, camera image, link, or document to import a recipe into CookBank.

How do I restore purchases?

Open the upgrade or paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases. This re-syncs purchases already linked to your Apple or Google account.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings or Profile and use the account deletion option at the bottom of the screen. If you cannot access the app, email support and we can help.

Does CookBank work offline?

Saved recipes remain available on your device offline. Some features such as recipe scanning, syncing, and AI-powered tools require an internet connection.
